Dr. Quatro has been providing quality conservative spine care in the Rochester area for over 20 years.  He is a graduate of McQuaid Jesuit High School and completed his undergraduate studies at Monroe Community College and Niagara University.  He is a 1987 graduate of the New York Chiropractic College.

Since beginning private practice, Dr. Quatro has been active in the leadership of his profession.  He served as both Legislative Director and President of the New York State Chiropractic Association.  Dr. Quatro has served in an advisory capacity to Blue Choice and as a member of the Preferred Care Credentialing Committee, helping to craft practice guidelines and develop criteria for chiropractic participation in the two largest HMOs in the Rochester area.

Dr. Quatro served as the Assistant Medical Director for Musculoskeletal Services at Preferred Care from 2003 through 2009.  During his tenure at Preferred Care, Dr. Quatro developed the highest standards for chiropractic participation on a managed care panel in the nation.

In August of 2009 Dr. Quatro returned to full time private practice in his Penfield office.  The practice is dedicated to providing quality conservative spine care for back and neck pain to patients in a comfortable, professional environment

Dr. Quatro remains a strong advocate for quality conservative spine care.  He has received recognition from the National Committee on Quality Assurance, one of our nations leading health care quality organizations, for his high standards in the management of lower back pain.

On Nov. 2, 2004 Dr. Quatro was elected to the Monroe County Legislature's 15th district and is the current Majority Leader.
